Accommodation and Supported Living

Accommodation is provided separately from care and support. Housing may be offered by housing associations, private landlords or specialist landlords, including not-for-profit organisations that provide accommodation for individuals who may have struggled to secure suitable housing due to the complexity of their needs.

We work collaboratively with a range of partner landlords and, where appropriate, can support individuals to explore suitable accommodation options. In some cases, this includes working with specialist landlords who support individuals referred following difficulties finding appropriate housing. Other accommodation may be provided by private landlords.

About Accommodation

Although Involvement Support is a care provider and not a housing provider, we are proactive in supporting people to navigate the accommodation process where needed. If you are seeking a supported living placement, we encourage you to contact us. Following assessment and risk consideration, there may be opportunities to match individuals with suitable accommodation or with others who have compatible needs and preferences.

For individuals who already have their own accommodation, we provide care and support within their own home. We understand how challenging it can be to find suitable accommodation and, at times, to find the right living arrangements alongside the right support. Our role is to help make this process clearer and more manageable.

Get in touch for sure

Everyone has the right to choose where they live and who supports them. Accommodation will always remain separate from the care and support we provide. This separation ensures stability and security, meaning individuals will never be at risk of losing their home if care arrangements change.

To talk to us about your circumstances, accommodation needs or how we can help, please get in touch. We are always happy to have a conversation.
