WHO WE ARE

Involvement Support is a community-based care and support provider delivering personalised services for people with a wide range of needs. We work alongside individuals, families and professionals to provide support that is safe, respectful and grounded in everyday reality. We recognise that effective support is not about rigid systems or one-size-fits-all solutions. It is about understanding people as individuals, their history, routines, communication, strengths and challenges and building support that fits around their lives in a meaningful and practical way.

Our values in practice

Our values guide how we work every day and shape the decisions we make across all services. We treat people with respect and dignity, ensuring choice and voice remain central to their care. We provide consistent, reliable support that builds trust and stability, while maintaining a strong focus on safety and safeguarding through clear risk management and regular review. We work in partnership with families and professionals, and continuously reflect on our practice to learn, improve and deliver the best possible support.

Our Approach

Support begins with conversation and assessment. We take time to understand the individual, including:

  • What is working well
  • What feels difficult or unsafe
  • How the person communicates
  • What helps reduce distress and build confidence
  • What outcomes matter most

This understanding informs clear, person-centred support plans and practical guidance for staff. Plans are shared, reviewed regularly and adapted as needs change, ensuring support remains consistent, safe and effective across all settings.
