Supported Accommodation

A safe, structured environment to build independence and confidence.

Involvement Support provides supported accommodation for young people who need additional structure, guidance and practical support as they move towards adulthood. This service is designed for young people who may not yet be ready to live independently but who can benefit from a stable, supportive environment with consistent input.

Many young people accessing supported accommodation have experienced disruption, instability or multiple transitions. Our role is to provide a calm, predictable setting where young people feel safe, supported and able to develop life skills, confidence and resilience at a realistic and achievable pace.

Our focus

We support young people to:

  • Feel safe, settled and secure
  • Develop practical daily living and tenancy skills
  • Build confidence and independence
  • Engage with education, training or employment
  • Improve emotional wellbeing and resilience
  • Prepare positively for their next stage of living

Support is always tailored and informed by assessment, risk management and agreed outcomes.

We prioritise:

  • Consistency and clear expectations
  • Calm, respectful and supportive communication
  • Strengths-based, outcome-focused support
  • Positive role modelling
  • Proactive planning to reduce risk and promote stability
